SkillRefiner provides an AI Agent Skills library and refactoring engine. Services include searching, viewing, and optimizing SKILL.md files using our proprietary AI logic refactoring technology.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

## 4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BeyondTheVoid. Users retain ownership of the original "Skills" they upload or refactor, but grant SkillRefiner a license to process and display such content.

## 5. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
- To generate or optimize malicious code or instructions.
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our refactoring engine.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BeyondTheVoid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
